All roles will be at the heart of the day to day operation to support the entire customer journey.

No two days are the same, so if you like a varied role where you are in control of the customer experience, whether it be baking bread, filling the shelves, or making sure the store is a safe place for colleagues to work and customers to shop, wed love to hear from you.

There are shifts to suit everyone, starting from 5am and finishing at 11pm across all days of the week. Being flexible with your working pattern is essential.

Youll be at the heart of our store and our customer experience, so youll be expected to:

• Get stuck in and take responsibility for getting things done across every area of the store
• Make quick and effective decisions with both customers and the stores operation in mind
