Sales Consultant - The River Club, Worcester Park

The River Club is a privately owned Heath Club set in 12 acres has the feel of a Country Club and is a home way from home for its Members and Staff many of which have been at the Club for over 10 years.

The role will have specific Sales responsibilities such as working towards daily KPI's with a focus on lead generation to ensure targets are met and to grow the membership by developing leads from the local area and developing relationships within the Club.

To be successful you will need a strong work ethic, lead by example and be hands on and proactive whilst working in a fun atmosphere.

We have perhaps the best commission structure in the industry with a base salary of £26,000 with a realistic OTE of £35,000

The role will suit existing Sales consultants with at least 1-2 years experience who have worked with clear KPI's and looking to take on more responsibility. Candidates with a full drivers license and a car would be best suited.
