Retail Assistant, Golf Pro Shop - Part Time, 20 hours per week - 6 month Seasonal Contract starting in April 

We are looking for two Retail Assistant with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of golf, to work over the summer in our Golf Professional Shop at our Epsom Clubhouse.

Role Responsibilities include:

• You will deliver excellent customer service and ensure that all Members are welcomed into the shop.
• You will offer a tailored service ensuring the needs of each Member are met. 
• Ensure your work place appropriately stocked with the required stock.
• Take responsibility for the till you are assigned to including cash and card handling.

Our ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in delivering high standards.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about excellent customer service.
• Team player and able to go the extra mile.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Previous retail experience would be beneficial.

In addition to this you will provide custom fit services, track and monitor members' orders, repairs and returns to ensure deadlines are met and a constant line of communication is open. You will maintain a professional standard within the Pro Shop to ensure it is well stocked, priced, clean and items of clothing are correctly folded.
