• Responsible For: Day to day delivery of operational service on the site

The Health Concierge specialise in the residential sector, providing Health and wellness services, ranging from Personal training to Beauty treatments. We work with a variety of clients to ensure their residents receive the highest standard of service, without compromise. 

Purpose of the Role:
Our gym hosts will guide residents through their first visit and induction and provide guidance and advice to those wishing to use their expertise. They will arrange consultations and triage all personal training sessions, room bookings and classes.

Key points of the role:

• To provide a warm, courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all residents and visitors
• Ensure the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the residents on a daily basis
• User safety is at the forefront of the role
• Actively and positively engage with residents, colleagues, visitors, clients and our service providers to ensure a seamless service experience can be created

What we are looking for:

• Team player, looking to positively  contribute to the team 
• Flexibility in shift patterns 
• Understanding of the fitness industry, with a proactive mindset. 
• Warm/friendly personality
