About your role

As the UX Journey Designer, you will play a leading role in the UX Team and be accountable for the user journey & user interfaces in the digital channel, alongside the Lead UX designer and wider teams.

This role acts as a bridge between the Insights Team in Optimisation, the UX Team and the Product Owners in Digital Development, ensuring that the latest customer insight is shared and understood by the wider Digital department.

Where the UX Designers will support the Product Team, this role will work closely alongside the Insights and Testing Team in Optimisation.

About your experience

You’ll have a strong track-record of customer experience enhancement, creating high level designs and website optimisation.

Key experience required includes:

  • Designing UI/UX solutions for Desktop, Kiosk, Mobile and Tablet Applications
  • Mapping customer journeys using tools such as Smaply (customer journey design tool)
  • Working within both Agile squads and Waterfall processes
  • Expertise with Adobe XD, Sketch, Creative Suit (Photoshop) and familiar with CC Libraries
  • Good understanding of front-end code such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Being Familiar with platforms such as Zeplin / JIRA
