Logistic Supervisor - Chichester

We are looking for supervisors to lead experienced and enthusiastic teams, in exciting locations across our network.

In this flexible and active role, we are looking for someone to work the remainder of the season at Goodwood with scope to move to other neighbouring sites.

Working Hours

Shifts are paid weekly from £13.00/h, rising in certain locations and with experience.

Role responsibilities

Daily tasks may include:

• Planning and managing logistics, stock, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle.
• Liaising with suppliers, on delieveries and collection

• Ensuring smooth communication between team members

• Motivating staff members & communicating with management 

Requirements

• Previous supervisor experience preferred.

• Previous Logistic experience preferred.

• The ability to remain calm during high-volume periods

• Enthusiastic & energetic 

• Excellent communication skills

• High empathy and understanding of others

• Excellent organisation skills
