About the Role:

It is an exciting time for TRG, as we continue to grow and expand our business.

We are now looking for a new Point of Sales Coordinator to join our team.

Reporting to the EPOS Manager this role will have focus on day to day management of the EPOS work queues and implementing improvements to the IT systems used within our restaurants.

The role will work with all levels and departments within the business including all levels of Operations, Finance, Marketing, Delivery, People and Food & Drink.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and action any menu requests from the Leisure & Concessions business and complete within predefined SLA's.
  • Assist the EPOS Manager with any IT tasks as requested.
  • Assist with the transition of menu implementation to third party support.
  • Attend weekly calls with key stakeholders to gather requirements for future menu, promotion and discount activity.
  • Help facilitate any project work allocated to the team.
  • Ensure successful implementation of any change and be reactive to any corrective action required under direction.


About You:

We are looking for someone with a passion for continuous improvement. The role requires an excellent understanding of operational process and the ability to prioritise so that the restaurants always have the tools to do their jobs. Alongside this, the successful applicant will need to be able to work at pace, accurately and diligently to ensure continued service to our restaurants.

The applicant must be able to work independently with a mix of office based and home working.

Desirable:

The ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of a restaurant or retail point of sales system

Zonal Aztec and Fourth experience would be advantageous

We are very much open to receiving applications from Restaurant operators for this role
