Can you keep ahead of the game? Our Amusements Team Members play a starring role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and engaging experience. In this role, you will ensure that all of our amusements are working in full order and that the games area and machines are spick and span at all times. You will also interact with our customers while they play and celebrate success!

What’s in store?

• Assist customers in the amusements area, offering excellent customer service
• Ensure that the amusements machines are well-maintained
• Rectify and prevent any ticket jams on the Play to Win machines
• Keep all machines well stocked with prizes and change
• Order stock and keep it at an appropriate level
• Be responsible for and support the amusements cash collection
• Analyse and report on the overall amusements’ performance

What’s required?

• An interest in games or computers
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to demonstrate great customer service
• High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use own initiative as well as being a friendly and supportive team player
