Payroll Team Leader - Hatfield (head office)

In order to support this period of growth we are looking for a Payroll Team Leader to work within our busy and energetic Payroll Team based at Hatfield.   This role is fundamental in supporting the team to provide a professional and responsive payroll service to stakeholders, both internally and externally by adhering to defined payroll policies and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate payment every month to our team members.  The successful candidate will also deputise for the Payroll Relationship Manager when required.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.  You will have end to end knowledge and experience of the full payroll cycle and an understanding of European payroll processes would be an advantage.  If you have used the Fourth payroll system previously this would also stand you in good stead.  You will need to be exceptionally organized with the ability to prioritise workloads and have great attention to detail.
