As a Front of House Assistant, you will be the face of our business, the first person our members see when they arrive and the friendly smiling face waving them goodbye as they leave after a fantastic workout.

About You

• You have previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or leisure
• You have a positive, friendly and can-do attitude and will go the extra mile to deliver fantastic service
• You are organised, proactive and confident in making decisions
• You work well under pressure and can multi-task when required
• You enjoy working in a fun and challenging environment
• You are immaculately presented and will make a great ambassador for our brand
• You are flexible with time as this is a shift based role
