Office Concierge is a leading provider of Reception Management Services. Supporting a large portfolio of prestigious clients across the UK. Our teams are trained to deliver an unsurpassed five star visitor experience in both Corporate and Residential environments.
As a Corporate Receptionist you will have a natural flair for customer service, people support and building key relationships. We are looking for individuals with front of house experience, motivated self-starters, whose responsibility will be to ensure that a warm welcoming and efficient front of house reception service is provided to all employees, their guests and other visitors in the building.
Role: Corporate Receptionist - Full time
Salary: £25,000 - 28000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday (varying shift pattern)
Flexibility of working up to 50 hours per week
Uniform provided
Responsibilities
• Strong passion for intuitive customer engagement and service.
• Have a positive, proactive, can-do attitude and show 100% commitment to the role.
• A polished personal presentation, with a welcoming attitude and friendly personality.
• Responsible for being the first point of contact within the building for occupiers and visitors.
• Meet and greet, along with checking in visitors.
• Lobby hosting rotation with other team members.
• Following bespoke procedures specific to each occupier.
• Strong administration skills, e.g. competency in all regular Microsoft packages such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Publisher as a minimum.
• Adaptable working style to work throughout the peaks and troughs of the working day cycle.
• Maintain a subtle security awareness whilst being alert to surroundings.
• Carry out security procedures in the event of an incident, security alert or evacuation.
• Complete the opening and closing procedures as per shift requirements.
• Constantly thinking about new ideas to deliver, and innovate a best in class Occupier, Visitor and Team experience on site.
• Assist with building a community feel within the building.
• Thinking ahead to adapt to Occupier or visitor needs/requirements.
• Carry out other duties or responsibilities that will be assigned by the Front of House Supervisor or, additional tasks required by the Occupier Services Team.
