Position Overview

Our Guest Service Coordinator Shift Leader are the illustrators of our hotel! Entrusted with supervision of the Guest Service Receptionists to ensure that all required tasks are completed on a daily basis by ensuring a smooth running for their shift and communication with other departments. Though skillfully trained, they never lose sight of their ultimate reasonability, to create lifelong memories for our guests.

Essential Functions & Physical Requirements

A day in the life of our Guest Service Coordinator Shift Leader demands high levels of energy. They need consistency even though the days are never alike; and creativity to tackle daily adventures. Listing all of the contributions that our Guest Service Coordinator Shift Leader accomplish would be lengthy but the list below is essential to know

  • Supervise Guest Service Receptionists, assisting them with issues that may arise and ensuring that all tasks are completed up to standards.
  • Assist with Check in and Check out
  • Supervise the billing, ensuring folios are up to date and accurate
  • Liaise directly with the VIP guests ensuring all their needs are met
  • Deal promptly and effectively with any guest concerns
  • Conduct a shift handover in conjunction with the GSM at the end of each shift.
  • To assisst the Guest Service Managers when needed
  • To be responsible for identifying any training needs of the Guest Service Coordinators staff and communicating these to mangement.
  • Carry out on the job training with all GSC’s.
  • Act as an ambessador of the hotel
  • Attend any training courses may seem beneficial
