Accounts Payable - Recievable(Stock) - Basingstoke

This role requires effective management of stock vendor accounts by ensuring the timely completion of processing invoices & payments, whilst maintaining excellent communication with internal and external customers, also ensuring AP stock position is reconciled and included in weekly cash flow.


Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Accurate processing of invoices/credit notes/debit notes/payments
  • Perform supplier statement reconciliations with follow up on ageing items
  • Maintain accurate open purchase order records
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliation
  • Weekly/ monthly preparation of management reports
  • KPI/ SLA monitoring and reporting
  • Prepare and review scheduled payments for completeness, accuracy, unresolved items & maximum net settlements.
  • Effective communication re risks or issues on supplier accounts
  • Timely communication and resolution of all supplier related queries and payment notifications
  • Invoice and clear down of internal stock movements
  • Review of stock payment runs and payment expectation schedules for inclusion in cash flow reporting
  • All responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with company and departmental procedures and standards.
