The position:

We are looking for a Golf Pro Shop Assistant to join our team at The Springs Resort & Golf Club in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. Amazing hourly rate of £11.80 plus introductory bonus!

This is a permanent position to work part time hours. This will be to work 24-32 hours across variable days which will include weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. 

Further details regarding the introductory bonus will be discussed upon application.

Main responsibilities:

The successful Golf Pro Shop Assistant will

• Meet and greet guests and members.
• Assist with golf buggy bookings/requests on resort. 
• Advise on any events or activities planned.
• Assist with golf course marshalling. 
• Deal with customer complaints.
• Accurate cash handling.
• General Golf administration tasks.

Requirements:

Previous experience in Retail is desirable for this position. Golf knowledge would also be an advantage. Excellent customer service skills are essential. A driving licence and the ability to drive is advantageous to get to and from the resort.
