As an (Customer Service Assistant/Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade!

Person Specification: 

• Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality
• Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic
• Be available weekdays and weekends – including Public holidays
• Be able to follow instructions and comply with all company standards
• Have reliable transportation – due to the location of the arcade
