More than 600 students have graduated from our Chef Academy from commis chef to sous chef, through industry-standard apprenticeships. The Academy develops leadership techniques, culinary skills and nutrition knowledge. Not forgetting visits to food markets and fisheries and masterclasses from renowned chefs.

There is also the 52 development journeys including professional accounting, digital marketing, and plant-based catering and three of which are at degree level.
