We’re a small group of independently owned stores filling the fridges and hearts of eight local communities across South West London. Our owner, Jennie Allen (pictured) opened the first Bayley & Sage over twenty years ago in Wimbledon Village and you can now also find us welcoming customers in Parsons Green, Turnham Green, Fulham Road, Northcote Road, Parkgate Road, Old York Road and Chelsea. We take pride in delivering consistently superb quality, knowledge and provenance in all of our stores, and whatever you’re shopping for, Bayley & Sage products reflect the very best of the season whether that be fruit, vegetables, meat, cheese or the delicious seasonal dishes prepared in our kitchens.
We pride ourselves on giving you the warmest welcome at Bayley & Sage. Our employees are speciality cheesemongers, baristas, sommeliers and grocers. Our front of house team is supported by our team of buyers, who are dedicated to sourcing the highest quality products to reflect the season and celebrating product origin stories is what they do best. Our HR Team find our superstars of the future, ensure they receive the right training and provide support through the complete employee journey at our company. Our marketing team are absolutely committed to promoting our message and values and will always find new and innovative ways to tell our story and promote what we do and how we do it. Our accounting team ensure that our books are in order and look after making sure all our suppliers are paid. Our kitchen brigade is always chopping, stirring and whizzing, developing tasty new dishes for you to try.
