In this fun and rewarding role, you will be responsible for leading the safe delivery of our DLL Club children’s activity programme ensuring the DLL experience is felt by both parent and child.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with the right skills to deliver DLL’s children’s activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging maximum participation of all children involved. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to look after a team to deliver the club children’s activity programme including: Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children’s parties.

This is a role that provides ample variety and the opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our youngest members, therefore we are looking for someone who has a passion for the fitness industry and bags of enthusiasm and energy to take ownership of the member experience.

You will also be tasked with resolving member’s queries or complaints in a timely and effective manner and ensure we recruit great people and induct, train, manage and review them regularly to develop a high performance team.
