As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will partner with the Pets at Home Group CRM function and will lead in the definition, implementation, delivery, monitoring and optimisation of the customer journey. Driving increased customer-product engagement and maximising ROI through data and analytics. The role sits within the Petcare Analytics function and the key responsibilities of the role are:- Utilise the latest analytical tools and thinking to drive Marketing forwards, maximising campaign impact Ensure timely delivery of customer selections using SQL & Salesforce to fulfil the customer journey from a marketing perspective Lead the delivery of complex selections, ensuring the requirements of Campaign Analytics are fed into the project process and representing the team in project meetings Drive the automation of current SQL processes to increase efficiencies and support a zero-error culture within the wider analytical community Identifying and escalating any process gaps or potential enterprise / credit risks associated with Marketing activity Designing and embedding test matrices to optimise learnings vs business performance Provide analysis on the performance of the marketing activity and use this analysis to provide future strategic recommendations and direction
- Senior Analyst / Specialist with 3 years’ experience or knowledge of analytical roles within the same or similar disciplines Experience using a campaign management tool (e.g. Salesforce, Unica, Adobe) Previous experience in designing or implementing CRM (or similar) journeys and / or platforms Experience in setting up or running SQL selections in a zero-error environment Ability to manipulate and present complex data Ability to take on relationship management and own processes from the off with little oversight Commercial Experience SQL experience essential
- Awareness of the role of Marketing in the business Facilitation & presentation skills (internal & external), negotiation skills Marketing execution knowledge spanning both traditional and digital mediums Digitisation of analytics
- Excellent attention to detail; being able to spot anomalies in own and others’ work Ability to manage and develop excellent relationships Focus on governance and ability to follow processes Full personal and team accountability; ability to achieve on commitments despite setbacks or changing targets and supporting the team to do the same Autonomous/Self Starter
