The Juice Smith is a family run business based in Surrey. We are in the process of nationwide expansion and are looking for ambitious individuals to join our fast growing company. There are many opportunities to thrive individually and collectively in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, influence and increase sales
• Build relationships between our brand and our customers by answering queries effectively and being knowledgeable about our products
• Encourage customer loyalty - discussing upcoming promotions, offering loyalty cards etc.
• Assisting with product and POS deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
• Lead by example
• Assisting management with store opening and closing procedures
• Be a brand and store ambassador by maintaining a well-presented, approachable image
• Replenishing and rotating products efficiently
• Maintaining high shop floor standards; actioning hourly checks and taking pride in the store environment
• Operating the till system, processing cash and card transactions accurately

Requirements

• Excellent communicator – able to initiate contact and communicate confidently with customers
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, “can-do” attitude, an individual who enjoys as working as one part of a successful team
• Customer focused
• Flexible approach; Sales Assistants work on a rotational shift-basis, including weekends and Bank Holidays
• Positive attitude
• Good time-management skills
• Passion for a plant-based/sustainable lifestyle inline with company core values
• Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
